Every Patient Has a Story. Every Recovery Has a Team.

At Ciao Veterinary Clinic in San Fernando, Pampanga, every case reminds us why we continuously invest in advanced equipment, medical knowledge, and compassionate care.

SKIPPY G. | Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP)

From Fighter to FIP Graduate 💙 Every recovery begins with hope.

Skippy G. came to Ciao Veterinary Clinic during one of the toughest battles a cat can face—Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) after surpassing multiple surgery and immunotherapy last year. Through early diagnosis from mild icteric, anemia and abnormal blood values, dedicated treatment, close monitoring, and the unwavering commitment of both our veterinary team and Skippy's family, this brave warrior reached an incredible milestone.

Today, Skippy proudly celebrates becoming an FIP Graduate and a soft-tissue sarcoma graduate last year.

Every success story is backed by numerous medications, blood transfusions, follow-up visits, patient owners who never lost hope, and a team devoted to providing every patient with another chance at life, exemplified by Dr. Kathlyn Contreras' dedication in diagnosing and treating Skippy's FIP.

Congratulations, Skippy G.! Your journey inspires hope for every family facing FIP.

BOW M. | Orthopedic Survivor

Standing Strong Again

Healing goes beyond mending bones—it involves restoring confidence, comfort, and the joy of movement. After being hit by a vehicular accident, Bow's owner quickly brought him to our clinic, traveling all the way from Lubao, Pampanga. Bow showed signs of pleuropneumonia (air in the chest cavity) and a comminuted fracture in his right forearm with active bleeding. Bow arrived at Ciao Veterinary Clinic - San Fernando Pampanga, facing an orthopedic condition that is critical and painful and very difficult. Through a comprehensive orthopedic assessment, personalized treatment, rehabilitation, and ongoing monitoring, Bow gradually regained strength.

Today, Bow is enjoying life with greater comfort and mobility.

Every successful orthopedic patient reminds us why advanced veterinary medicine matters—because every pet deserves to run, jump, and play without pain.

We are grateful to Bow's family for their trust in us during this journey.

Together, we bring back movement. Together, we craft happy endings. A key part of his success story is his primary doctor, whose dedication and care helped him survive. Thank you, Dr. Gerald Chu!

COCO C. | Pulmonary Problem (Hemoptysis) A Critical Care Patient

Every Breath Matters 💙

Breathing should always be effortless. When Coco C, a 12-year-old male Shih Tzu, arrived at Ciao Veterinary Clinic, he was experiencing respiratory distress that demanded urgent medical care. His gums and tongue were turning blue, his oxygen levels were low, and he was coughing up blood. Our team promptly began diagnostics, provided oxygen support, conducted intensive monitoring, and administered personalized treatment to stabilize this cherished patient.

Critical care is built on teamwork, precision, and timely intervention. After oxygenation, medication, and diagnostic like ultrasound in lungs and heart. He was confined for 3 days and went home better

Today, Coco's journey reminds us that even the most fragile patients can overcome extraordinary challenges with expert care and a family that never loses hope.

Each breath recovered is a win.

Every heartbeat reinforces our purpose.

We appreciate your trust in Ciao Veterinary Clinic to assist in Coco's recovery, and a special thanks to his primary doctor, Dr. Bryan Yves Buan, for your prompt care.

GOLDIE | Senior Cancer Patient

Age is Never a Reason to Give Up ❤️

Goldie, a 12-year-old spayed female Yorkshire Terrier, may have cancer as part of her story, but it does not define her. As a cherished senior patient, Goldie visited Ciao Veterinary Clinic in January 2026, needing compassionate oncology care and surgical intervention. Given her age, the removal of a large abdominal mass was critical, followed by chemotherapy. Her cancer care emphasized not only treatment but also comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Our goal has always been simple:To help every day become another good day.

With personalized cancer management, continuous monitoring, nutritional support, and the love of her family, Goldie continues to inspire everyone she meets.

"Senior pets deserve every opportunity to enjoy life surrounded by those who love them."

At Ciao Veterinary Clinic, each day with our patients is a triumph to be celebrated. Our medical director, Dr. Joseph Lazatin, is currently overseeing Goldie's therapy, and she is now on her 5th cycle. Despite her age, she stays strong and healthy following chemotherapy.

These patients symbolize more than just successful treatments—they embody the trust of every pet owner, the resilience of every pet, and the dedication of our veterinarians to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care every day.

To our incredible veterinary doctors and staff, we express our gratitude for your passion, dedication, and steadfast commitment to saving lives. And to our clients, thank you for letting us be a part of your pets' journey.
